Right of Cancellation for Consumers<\/h1>

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.)<\/p>

1. Right of Cancellation<\/h1>

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.<\/p>

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Katrin Werner, Rosenanger 17, 31595 Steyerberg, Germany, Phone: 05764 942700, Email: info@soulteachings.de<\/a>) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email).
You can use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration in good time.<\/p>

2. Consequences of Cancellation<\/h1>

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including any delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of your cancellation.<\/p>

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

If you have requested that the service should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided.<\/p>

3. IMPORTANT NOTE \u2013 Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation<\/h1>

The right of cancellation does NOT apply to my offers.<\/h2>

According to \u00a7 312g Para. 2 No. 9 BGB, there is no right of cancellation<\/strong> for: <\/p>

Contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>

My courses, retreats, seminars and individual events take place exclusively on fixed dates \u2192 therefore, bookings are legally excluded from the right of cancellation.<\/strong><\/p>

This means:<\/p>

\u2714 Your booking is binding.
\u2714 There is no legal 14-day right of cancellation<\/strong>.
\u2714 Instead, my cancellation conditions<\/strong> apply (in the terms and conditions<\/a>).<\/p>
