Orgodynamic is an invitation into what wishes to become awake in us. It is an awakening to the different dimensions of our being.

People take time for a private session for different reasons. Perhaps there is long-lasting or severe physical pain and it’s associated hopelessness and frustration. Perhaps life itself weighs heavily and has appeared colorless for a long time. Some people who seek out one-on-one counseling are overwhelmed by strong feelings of anger, fear, or grief. Many bring a deep exhaustion with them or have difficulties in their social environment. Perhaps you are also tormented by life’s questions or upcoming decisions. Whatever your reasons are: You are invited to be present with all your issues, and with everything that makes you, you.

With loving, attentive presence – resting in my heart – I hold a space in which you can feel your own sensations, and in which you can feel what you want to feel and express, that which has perhaps been wanting to come into your life for a long time. We will take as much time as needed to bring up the gifts on your very own journey.

You are invited to listen to the impulses of your body and to follow your breath, voice, and movement when they wish to express themselves. This can be very quiet and still and also sometimes loud and dynamic. Whatever may feel right for you. You go with what supports you. We will not focus on a goal, but be curious and awake to what is emerging in the moment.

As a companion, I am trusting that there exists an essential space in each person that of which all of the issues, patterns, and identifications are upstream. I accompany you in the knowledge of this essential space.
