Embodied Metta – The body as a doorway to freedom 1.-5.Nov
I’m pleased to announce that I will be teaching via Sangha Live, a global online platform for interactive dharma classes and courses. I’ve been invited to lead their one-hour Daily Meditation sessions for the mornings of Monday 1st through Friday 5th November.
These classes, including guided meditation and dharma talk, are offered on dana/generosity-basis. All meditators across the globe are warmly invited to tune in.
During these sessions together, we will specifically be exploring the topic of “Embodied Metta – The Body as a Pathway to Freedom”
The Buddha’s teachings invite us to be with things as they are. This week, we’ll learn embodiment practices to help us cultivate true love, compassion and care for ourselves and for others. We’ll practice staying intimate with our body, mind and heart in daily life, in sexuality, and with (often unwanted) thoughts, feelings and emotions.
These live classes begin at 7am BST / 8am CEST each morning, with replays (including live chat) available at 8am Pacific Time and 8am Eastern Time for North American viewers.
