Somatic Yoga & Deep Rest is a trauma-sensitive, gentle, and intuitive practice in which you are invited to listen to your body’s wisdom and follow your own impulses. This offering is for you if you long for deep relaxation, inner calm, emotional depth, and loving self-connection – especially if traditional yoga hasn’t felt accessible to you before, or if you want to rediscover yoga in a new way.
The focus is on mindful, intuitive movements, grounding, nervous system regulation, guided meditations, deep letting go, and permission to simply be – with all that is.
With more than 20 years of experience, I guide you into a gentle, deeply regulating practice that calms your nervous system, releases tension, and reconnects you lovingly with your body – without pressure, with plenty of mindfulness, compassion, and space for your own rhythm.
You are welcome exactly as you are – with your light and your shadow. In a safe space, you will experience the joy of reconnecting with your body, letting go, and connecting intuitively and embodiedly with your inner strength.
Arrive & Slow Down
You are invited to step out of constant doing and enter a space of slowness. Your nervous system begins to feel: here, I don’t have to perform.
Embodiment & Learning to Feel
You begin to listen to your body again. Through gentle somatic movement, mindful touch, breath, and presence, you connect with deeper layers. Feelings such as fear, shame, anger, or grief are allowed to arise and be held.
Regulation & Letting Go
Through trauma-sensitive, nervous-system-friendly practice, you learn to release tension patterns and self-regulate—with small, practical tools for daily life. The body can soften. Sleep improves. Inner pressure decreases.
Self-Compassion & Acceptance
You begin to observe yourself with kindness—even in moments of uncertainty, imperfection, or inner chaos. The inner critic can quiet down. You feel: I am enough—even when things are challenging.
Strengthening Intuition
You learn to move from within—following your impulses rather than rigid concepts. Yoga becomes a creative, joyful path, an expression of your own wisdom and life force.
Deep Letting Go & Deep Rest
At the end of each session, deep relaxation creates space for true regeneration. The body remembers a state of safety, expansiveness, and connectedness. Transformation often happens here—without pressure, simply in being.
Integration into Daily Life
The practice becomes part of your life—not as an extra, but as a source. You sense: you can always self-regulate, give yourself rest, and draw from within. Spirituality becomes something natural, lived, and embodied.
