Discover your pelvic floor as a source of strength, calm, and security

In this gentle yoga class, you will devote loving attention to your pelvis and pelvic floor.

The class is ideal for women who long for a gentle, embodied practice and want to strengthen their bodies holistically — especially those experiencing incontinence, tension, or inner restlessness.

You can expect mindful yoga exercises, trauma-sensitive guidance, and a safe space where you can soften, allow your heart to open (without having to), and find your strength at the same time.

Your pelvic floor becomes lively and powerful

You learn to perceive it sensitively, relax it, and strengthen it—this influences your posture, charisma, and well-being.

You breathe more freely – and find yourself again

You find stability within yourself—not just on the mat

The connection to your pelvis gives you a feeling of security, trust, and access to your own needs.

You develop a new, loving body awareness

Tension is allowed to release. Your body becomes softer, more expansive, and more alive.
