§ 1 Scope and subject matter of the contract
(1) These T apply to all (yoga, meditation, awareness) courses, retreats, seminars, individual support (coaching) and other services provided by Soulteachings, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
(2) The subject matter of the contract is the provision of the services offered on our website. The essential characteristics are set out in the respective descriptions on the offer page.
(3) For the purposes of these T, consumers are natural persons who use the services predominantly for private purposes. Businesses are natural or legal persons who use services in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of our services on the website is non-binding. By submitting the booking, the customer makes a binding declaration to book the selected service.
(2) The contract is concluded as soon as the booking confirmation is received by the customer via e-mail within three working days.
§ 3 Terms of participation personal responsibility
(1) Participation in courses, seminars and retreats requires personal responsibility, normal physical and mental resilience.
(2) Persons in psychotherapeutic treatment or with ailments requiring treatment should clarify participation with their doctor.
(3) No healing treatment is carried out during the events.
(4) There is a protection of trust: Personal topics of other participants or the course instructor must not be disclosed to third parties.
(5) In the event of force majeure, illness or other important reasons, the organizers reserve the right to postpone courses, change the location, offer them online or provide qualified substitute lecturers.
§ 4 Prices, payment and due date
(1) All prices are final prices without sales tax according to §19 UStG (small business regulation).
(2) Payments are due before participation. Deposits are binding and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

§ 6 Image and sound recordings
Participants agree to the use of image and film material for advertising purposes. A revocation is possible at any time.
§ 7 Data protection
(1) All personal data is provided voluntarily and is used exclusively for the respective course purpose.
(2) Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
§ 8 Liability
(1) Participation is at your own risk.
(2) Soulteachings is liable only in the event of intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
(3) We shall only be liable for slight negligence in the event of injury to life, body, health or essential contractual obligations.
“Essential contractual obligations” are obligations that make the implementation of the course or coaching possible in the first place (e.g. carrying out the booked appointment).
§ 9 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal. The details are listed in the cancellation policy.
§ 10 Contract language
The contract language is German.
§ 11 Final provisions
(1) German law applies.
(2) The place of jurisdiction for merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law is Steyerberg.
