Right of Cancellation for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.)

1. Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Katrin Werner, Rosenanger 17, 31595 Steyerberg, Germany, Phone: 05764 942700, Email: info@soulteachings.de) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email).
You can use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration in good time.

Please also read the important note under 3.!

2. Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including any delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of your cancellation.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

If you have requested that the service should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided.

3. IMPORTANT NOTE – Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does NOT apply to my offers.

According to § 312g Para. 2 No. 9 BGB, there is no right of cancellation for:

Contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.

My courses, retreats, seminars and individual events take place exclusively on fixed dates → therefore, bookings are legally excluded from the right of cancellation.

This means:

Your booking is binding.
There is no legal 14-day right of cancellation.
Instead, my cancellation conditions apply (in the terms and conditions).
