What moves me most about Nirmala is the depth of her presence. She does not just teach the Buddhist path – she lives it: soft, radical, honest, and loving. In her guidance, I find a space where I can fully show up – without pressure, without a goal, just being. And through this, transformation happens.

Nirmala opens a path to the Dharma that is deeply feminine – intuitive, embodied, grounded. Her way of teaching flows like a river: gentle, clear, and unstoppable. Each time I take away new impulses that expand my heart and permeate my everyday life.

I never thought that Buddhist practice could feel so soft and close. Nirmala manages to hold spaces that are both deep and safe at the same time. For me as a beginner, this was a gift – I learned that mindfulness is not about performance, but a loving gaze on what is present.
