Silence & Mindfulness

Pausing, listening, being present in gentle movement, in stillness, in silence.

Find your own door to depth – whether in retreat, in lying meditation, in gentle movement, or in contemplative reflections.

Silent Retreats

In the trauma-sensitive silent retreats, which take place in Buddhist seminar centers and in the beautiful ToGenJi Temple in Steyerberg, Buddhism, Deep Rest Meditation, and gentle somatic practice combine. In silence and mindful guidance, you can return to your inner center, feel peace, and gain clarity.

Deep Rest Meditation

As a gentle addition to everyday life, Deep Rest Meditation offers a space for mindful rest while lying down – accessible online and on a donation basis. It supports you in releasing tension, integrating silence, and drawing new strength from silent presence.

Somatic Yoga

Somatic Yoga & Deep Rest invites you to feel your body, breath, and emotions again and to anchor your own wisdom within. Gentle, intuitive movements alternate with phases of deep relaxation, giving you space to let go, experience inner expansion, and stay mindfully connected to yourself in everyday life.

The 9 Contemplations on Death

The “9 Contemplations on Death” open a clear, mindful space in which you can turn to impermanence. In silence, gentle movements, contemplations, and guided meditations, fear may transform, trust may grow, and a deep presence may arise that touches your life with clarity, compassion, and inner expansion.
